Plain-language summary; please review with your own legal counsel before launch.
These terms govern your use of the Negotiaelle website and the pre-launch waitlist. Negotiaelle is not yet a paid product — when paid access opens, additional purchase terms will be added here and presented at checkout.
1. The service
Negotiaelle is a website that lets you join an email waitlist for an upcoming personalised salary negotiation product. Today, no payment is collected and no product is delivered.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to join the waitlist. By submitting your email, you confirm you meet these requirements and that the address you provide is yours.
3. Acceptable use
When using our website you agree not to:
- submit false or third-party email addresses;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or probe the service;
- scrape or republish our content without permission;
- use the service for unlawful purposes.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including copy, design, logos and code — is owned by Negotiaelle or licensed to us. You may share links to public pages, but you may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
5. Communications
By joining the waitlist you consent to receive product launch and update emails from Negotiaelle. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of any email we send.
6. No warranty
The website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Negotiaelle disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Negotiaelle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the website or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
