About
Who writes this, and how
Negotiaelle exists for one reason: professional women lose money in the ten minutes they spend talking about pay. Everything we publish is built to change what happens in those ten minutes.
Who we are
Negotiaelle is an independent European product studio. We are not a recruiter, not a job board and not an employer — nobody pays us to steer you toward or away from an offer.
Our editorial team writes the guides, the scripts and the rehearsal scenarios. Articles carry the editorial byline unless a named author is credited on the page.
How we research
Every number we publish comes from a named public source — Eurostat, the OECD, national statistics offices, the EU Pay Transparency Directive text, or peer-reviewed negotiation research. The source is shown next to the figure, not hidden in a footnote.
Scripts and phrasing come from the same place: documented negotiation research plus the patterns we see in the conversations our customers rehearse. Where evidence is thin, we say so instead of inventing certainty.
What we will never do
No invented statistics, no fake testimonials, no legal advice dressed up as strategy. Pay and employment law differ by country; we tell you where a country-specific rule applies and point you to the primary source.
Corrections
Articles show a published and a last-updated date. If a figure moves or a rule changes, we update the page and the date. Spotted something wrong? Tell us and we will fix it.
Put it to work
The research is free. The script that uses it takes two minutes to build.
